It's, uh, not the most desirable type of asian to be. I'd say it's the least, really. They tend to be tan compared to other asians, have insanely broad noses, and have big round teddy bear body types. They look nothing like Japanese/Koreans/Chinese people as well.

Probably didn't think it was cute fabric like you do just saw fabric that could be made into other things. if I remember correctly, the girls step mom apologized for the dress and won't be touching her things again reguarless of if it's in a "donate" pile or not without asking. But girl was kinda to blame for putting the dress on the donate pile in the first place so makes sense that she thought it was no longer wanted.

You ever touched a cheap ironing board cover? It's so thin you can feel the sponge and sometimes even the metal right through the fabric.

I can totally see the logic where the woman picks up something from the donate/garbage pile, realises it's actually pretty awesomely thick cotton, and decides to make an ironing board cover out of it. Heck, I might do it to my old burando if truly nobody wants to buy it, at least I'd get some use out of an old skirt rather than letting it sit and rot in some corner where nobody wants it.

If you are not in the know then you don't know. It was a failure to communicate on the girls part. She admitted that she should have told her step mom about th clothes. But what can you do once the deed is done? Have her pull out her Harry Potter Wand and reverse the mistake? She informed her step mom after the incident so it doesn't happen again. Ironing board chan was very good at handing it because it was her own fault as well for leaving it in the pile. You learn from your mistakes. Shit happens.

It's completely possible this person never told her step mother about lolita, especially if they're older/don't live with them.
