One person took a hollow display mannequin and cut it down to shape. It actually looked pretty wonderful, though you'd need a bust that fit reasonably.

Personally I plan on doing a fairly firm plastic upholstered in a thin layer of foam and then a 4-way stretch PVC, if I can get it smooth enough around the breasts. It will be a separate piece and snap to the black part underneath, though, because I'm building that black part as a full-torso harness for the wings.

If you get her on the lobby screen it looks like all of her armor breathes with her. Like you can clearly see her body expand with it, you know? I have the ascos version and it looks fantastic. It's so detailed and the look is definitely better than the standard zentai suit. However be prepared to do a lot of gluing and sewing repairs because the finishing work just isn't there. Also note that the hips are pretty heavily padded!
