If Photoshop is used for its original purpose of cleaning up and enhancing photos, its fine. It only becomes a problem when people do stupid shit like absolutely butchering the cosplayer and thinking oversaturation and tons of filters is good Photoshop work.

Most of these have good composition, location, and execution, and would still be good without editing.
