Honestly the only way you'd be able to pull off that coat for everyday wear is if you lost forty pounds and if you already dress experimentally/stylishly on a day-to-day basis. Just run it over with your car a couple times, it'll look better that way.

Thanks. Nice.

I commend your effort for your elite knight set. It scream hard work.
Yet...
It's good for realism to take a entire haubergeon, but your mail is the most visible, and eye-catchy part of your set. maybe darken it with grease.
In the artwork and game, it's really a minor part of the set; used only to plug the hole of the plates on the arm, and between the legs. https://fr.pinterest.com/pin/353954851933432155/ here, is nearly all the mail you see on the set. Finding a good leathered gauntlet that take nearly all the arm will be impossible, you will have to upgrade another one. https://i.imgur.com/TnHUEMn.jpg

On your other arm, you need this. https://www.castel-bayart.com/265-thickbox/bras-d-armure-a-oreille.jpg (not this brand, this brand is the shittiest shit ), to connect your gauntlet to your pauldron. Speaking of that,

>>9197235 pauldron is falling off. Do you have a gambison ? you should attach it to that.

>> No.9198624

>>9198415
Ahh ok there is detail. However I believe his are grey. You can use watered down acrylic on them since they won't be bending.

>> No.9198743

>>9198566
I appreciate it. I know it's not perfect, but it could still be considered a WIP.

As for my loose pauldron, it was designed to be worn with a Gorget. Unfortunately, the Gorget made the tabard look like garbage, so I just had to jury rig the top of the pauldron on with suede cord. It stays on well enough, but it can look pretty precarious.

overall it cost me about 550.
i originally only wanted gascoignes hat as a collectors item. so i went to proffessional hat maker and told him to custom order gascoignes hat and he chose this black wool flat top.
the coat cost me around 215 since its an actual coat that your supposed to wear normally.
the pants were 40 from mens wearhouse
the vest was my fathers.
the axe cost about 120 in materials since its able to transform on the fly just like in the game.
the beard and wig were both 20.
and thats pretty much it other than the leather belts on the vest that were 15.
