Can someone please help me with a little issue? I need a template for a Seras Victoria uniform, or clothing very close to it that I can alter, I've looked around and found nothing so far, I was hoping that someone here can help.

I think when I made mine I just used a pattern for a denim jacket and a basic miniskirt. The jacket already had all the necessary seams in place so the only actual changes to the pattern needed was tailoring and sleeve shortening. Everything else (the shoulder straps, belt loops, and collar flap) were made after the main jacket was done being fitted.

Also I don't know an exact name to give you but I do remember reading that Seras's uniform was based off an older British military women's uniform of some kind. The collar flap was specifically mentioned but I'm like 99% sure the miniskirt was not regulation.
