Everything about this is a mess except the print. Why'd they take such an interesting print and put it on red candystripe so you can't even see it? Why black AND white accents? The things is that they're really flattering, but only on skinny girls with flat chests. It's a cut that they use on children's dresses, if you don't have the build of a child, it's going to look gross on you.

You also have to be really specific in the way you tie the waist ties on these dresses, so it defines the waist, but isn't too tight, and a lot of people fuck that up.

I actually kinda like this dress when it's coordinated properly, it looks like one of those gaudy Victorian English dresses that snooty upper-class women would wear. And I imagine harnessing that essence in an outfit would make you feel like the baddest bitch in the world.

Not even sure if pic related is an official design and not altered but high waisted lolita dresses are made for asian frames with flat chests. anything above a small B cup enters boobloaf territory.
