I'm not paying much attention at the moment because making the server happened right as my work hours were being stretched out over more days for this week, but that should change starting next week. Sorry about that.

I wanted to add a bunch of different rooms but I felt like large input from the chat was necessary to do so. However, that's honestly difficult based on the large discrepancy in everyone's time zones. Instead, I'll just get a couple of opinions and add on accordingly, and decide whether to keep or delete based on feedback.

I would also like to talk about the possibility of having more mods than just myself, just so there's a little more coverage around the clock instead of waiting around just for me.

My problem with /fit/ has always been that it's a group of friendless, dateless beta guys that were sick of being the losers. So, they decide to bulk up, become "alpha", and get chicks. I recently moved back from around 2 and a half years in Tokyo, actually. I traveled around quite a bit, but I'm not sure why that really matters. You see girls dressing cutely, even in a way that many Europeans/Americans would consider overly cute, in any city.
To me, larme looks very similar to some of the styles I saw on a daily basis, both on my university's campus and around the city, fluffy pom pom earrings and beige platforms and all.
About stares, unless you were very ott, I felt you rarely got stares in this sort of fashion in Tokyo.
Obviously if you were in a rural area it would be different, but I think that's true of a lot of places. If you wear what is considered "well-dressed normal fag" on uni campuses in my hometown, you'd surely draw stares.

Not arguing that it's totally normalfag, but it's a relatively normal fashion compared to fairy kei, gyaru, lolita, etc. I personally think a lot of the major fashions/brands are being watered down/normalized, e.g. gyaru and brands like Wonder Rocket.

Okay, just threw this together, probably full of mistakes cause I'm kinda tired, I'll probably try again tomorrow.

The cold October-wind blew through the cracks of a rattling window, making it's way through the
foggy room filling every corner with it's presence while slowly but surely moving the bud of a
lonely cigarette closer to the corner of a smudged glass table.
An eternity passed until it finally fell to freedom, leaving a hint of ash on the hardwood floor.
A first ray of sunlight ate it's way through the smoke, standing like a pillar on that old brown rug
that should have been thrown out months ago, but really tied the room together for some reason.
Suddenly, a loud buzz! Something shaking on the glass table, moving cigarette buds around as if
they were panicking ants. The shine of a soft-cornered white iPhone illuminated the room while
violently shaking.
Eyes flew open and a pale, skinny arm reached out to grab the source of disturbance.
The picture of a muscular upper body and two words light up: "/fit/ calling/".
A thin thumb hovered for a second before gently but surely pressing "decline".

/fa/ was used to waking up with a stranger lying on his chest, sometimes he asked himself why he
even still bothered. Sex felt more meaningless with each one-night-stand leaving his apartment.
Why did people advertise this lifestyle again? It feels so empty, what good does it do fucking
around with random girls if none of them stay, if none of them even remotely share his interests.
Was he too vain? Probably! But still, aren't we all looking for a little happiness in our lives?
/fa/ had a lot of these mornings, waking up, hungover, hating himself, not even able to look at
whoever is lying in his arms.
This morning wasn't one of these.

"Love" he thought as he scrolled trough a list of Grimes songs on his iPhone,
"I think this is what love feels like".

I don't think people realized how awful the board is. As I said when these threads first got going, /fa/ is a bottom 10 board. The chat is awful. So is the /fa/ IRC. So were the tinychats when they used to happen. I've only had a couple decent chats with /fa/ posters. One I knew before she posted on /fa/ and the other just posted to a lot of fashion forums and not exclusively /fa/. It's easy to tell that these threads have 80% of their momentum from /cgl/ posters and 20% of people looking for any opportunity to leave and talk to others interested in the same topics anonymously.

we all know that a lot of lolitas visit /cgl/ a lot, but yet some comms put a ban on that or some people won't admit it in fear of being seen as a bitter cunt.

People who are into fashion either go on /fa/, or don't know what /fa/ is and have never heard of it. People who go on 4chan don't even know what /fa/ is. There is no stigma for /fa/ aside from the fact that it is on 4chan, if someone knows what 4chan is.
