Cute, though I'm not typically a big fan of how full blouses look under puff sleeve dresses. Especially white and a high collar, which makes her look rather puffed up... I'm biased against plain white underitems to begin with but with both blouse and tights being white, I wish her socks had a small bordeaux pattern on them, like IW socks or something.

I also agree she could use either a touch of makeup or some hairstyling, even just a nice braid or something.

Like anons have pointed out, other posters were quick to correct her flaws in the comments because they saw the fit issues and lack of styling as immediate problems.
