Going to try to do a full scale version of this outfit to accompany a friend of mine who will be wearing a full Kumamon mascot suit... Maybe. Just came up with the idea today and she claims she's down for sure but idk cos neither of us are really cosplayers.

I'm hoping to finish Mutsuki and Kayano by the end of the year. Akagi is for NorCal Spring, Nozomi and Monokuma are for Fanime, and Chocolat is for this summer. I haven't picked anything out for next winter or the SF Cosfest yet, but I have a lot of ideas.

I really do want to cosplay Emiya Shirou but I'm afraid I'm going to end up like the Touma cosplayer. I ordered the exact shirt from Amazon but I can't find the right Jacket. Probably going to carve Kanshou and Bakuya out of foam or wood with a dremel. I need to commision the God Eater jacket and I have never had any experience with that before.

I did both Idol Paz and her school uniform. No Love Boxes were shared this con sadly. But I had a lot of fun talking MGS with people. I'm a giant Metal Gear fangirl so it was just great meeting other fans.

My boyfriend and I plan on being castithans from defiance for Halloween. Not as Stahma and Datak, just castithans. I can't find a wig for him, that I actually like so I was planning on using chalk and white spray paint to create the look but he has dark brown hair, which is extremely thick and a bit pat his shoulders blades; if anyone has any sites that may havea wig I'm looking for or know spraypaint or whatever it's called that is good I'd really appreciate it! I'm going to get the contacts probably from pinky paradise but I'm not sure yet. Makeup isn't an issue. The clothinghas been the only other thing I've had a bit of trouble figuring out. The tend to wear a form of vintage clothing usually so I was going to check vintage stores but if anyone has any tips I would appreciate them!

Pax is at the end of the month for Melbourne, and I'll probably also go cosplaying there. Is a month enough time to prepare this?

I've already gotten the clothes (going to cut out the scarf) and am planning to use white body paint, facial make up and a painted Nerf Maverick for the Polar Star gun. I'll mould/carve the head transmitters. A month should be enough time for that.
