This is a slow board as is, splitting it in half would only slow it down even more.

A lot of cosplayers are into J-fash and vice-versa, so those people are posting in both types of threads. Some lolitas don't cosplay but post in convention threads because they attend them. Also we have universal threads like makeup and skincare, dumb questions, confessions/feels, etc.

So yeah, splitting the board is a stupid idea. Moot already made that clear to us.
