At least she tried (but ultimately ended up an ita). This needs a lot of work though. While the color scheme is cohesive, those colors do not go well together. I also think that dress is really unflattering on her, which to me is one of the most glaring problems (besides the colours). She might be able to salvage the JSK by changing the coord to a white-and-tan color scheme. She'll need to swap out the buttons on it, and get a nice white blouse (maybe chiffon) that matches the white of the bib area. White sheer tights would be good, too.

Also, this is a bit of a nitpick, but I don't think she's wearing the right bra size. She needs to get a fitting from Nordstrom or a bra boutique, not VS.

That was actually the first time I weighed in on the subject at all, so I wasn't really starting anything as just commenting. I figured everyone else had already kind of shoved it down your throat what they found ita about it, and I would just be repeating what was already said. If you want specifics about why I think the blouse doesn't go with the coord, it's much too simple. Others have pointed out that it looks like an office blouse. There's a lot going on with the JSK, and the blouse is really out of place. The sleeves don't look elegantly poofy to me, they just look baggy and awkward rather than the desired effect. That's why I said I don't understand what you like about it. I also think the wig looks awful, as well as some other parts of the coord, but I didn't bother to point that out or anything because everyone else had already addressed it, and my main point here >>8626039 is that you're defending the blouse as /good./ I probably wouldn't have even thrown my two cents in if not for that comment, and maybe I shouldn't have in order to just let this conversation die, but defending the blouse just rubbed me the wrong way. It seems like you are stretching in order to justify the coord as nitpick to me (like I said, I don't see how the blouse is good), so I assumed you were being defensive, maybe because it's you or a friend pictured, because you are so up in arms about this.

Belts were seriously a thing and I've only been into lolita since 2012. They were more a thing around that time and maybe a bit before then. I wore some wide belts with bows on them in some of my earlier coordinates. But I don't see them coordinated or used much anymore in that way. Mostly I see them used with sack dresses to pull the waist in, but they're usually smaller belts. It's like another trend in the fashion that died off or almost completely died off.

The sax is fine to coord with. I've seen plenty of hot pink x sax. She needs some socks that are sax x hot pink, hot pink shoes to match the dress, and a sax bow. Jewelry should be sax to pop against the pink, maybe a pink ring. The coord is salvageable, but the only decent pieces are the OP and the bag. She needs a wig, too, but that's obvious.

By the sheer number of things she needs to improve, I'd say it's ita, but in terms of having lolita pieces for a lolita coord, she's not that kind of ita. There was an attempt at color matching, but it fell short and there's too much off in the piece for it to be a true nitpick.
