Kinda need some extra money this month and instead of dipping into my savings, I was thinking of selling my Coat of Arms Tartan OP in Red (and some other stuff).
This colorway was (I think) most popular for this series, but I can only find 1 listing for it. It was sold on LM for $249 dollars.
Is that still a realistic price? Should I adjust the price?

I think so, noticed the same.
Moitie isn't selling for as much as it used to in general really.
Personally I always felt certain items (like 1000 dollar Iron Gate) were overpriced in the 2ndhand market to begin with.
Sellers price their Moitie too high, still expecting the rates from 5+ years ago.
Moitie simply isn't as popular as it used to be.

So I always end up buying AatP and toher brands as they mainly keep their value and sell faster if you need to sell iyswim.

Slight lolita noob here. I was into the fashion back in 2010, lost my interest in it and sold almost everything except for a few items.
One of the items I still own is a sailor top by AP, however I never knew the name of it and what it's worth.
Not thinking about selling it, but can someone help me to identify this piece and tell me what it might be worth? It was already secondhand when I bought it btw.

As for pricing, I don't know. These sort or rather generic looking items, and cutsews in general don't sell for much. I'm guessing it's worth around $35-ish usd if not stained/good condition?
If you do decide to sell, start with $50. If no-one bites, lower the price.

I own the Holy Queen jsk and it's nice but tbh it didn't live up to my expectations. I think I'd rather spent my money on something else if I could go back and change things tbh.
The print on the chiffon(?) is kinda fuzzy, many of Moitie (older) prints appearantly are, seen a few of them up close.
It's put me off buying more Moitie, the quality isn't all that impressive and neither are the (2ndhand) prices.
Even the simpler, generic (non-printed) designs costs an arm and leg, no wonder people are losing interest.

I think it's weird how everything is priced so high but I don't see many people buying it. Lacemarket is full of auction expired and things that have been listed for months. People seem to charge $350 for a $300 dress simply because of the brand, not the demand.

I find that it is from the 'old' moitie lovers who would buy anything just because Mana made it. A lot of those were European girls too who would jack up the prices because of the currency and they do things like add their customs to the price they sell at, which only drove it up more. Same thing happened to me with a JetJ piece, I loved it and already had outfits planned it. A girl in my comm told me she'd be selling hers in a few months due to falling pregnant.
Selling price was $500 and she had turned down other buyers for me. I saw it in person at another event and realized that not would it not fit me right but also I wasn't as star struck with it in person.
I offered her a gift apology payment of 15% selling price and got in contact with the other buyers she's turned down letting them know that the item was still available.
I still lost money but it was less then what I would lose today if I were to try and sell the OP.

I'd say that's about right, it's just a matter of somebody coming along who's interested. Unpopular print headbows are kinda tricky to sell because their matching potential is limited unless somebody who has a main piece from the print but not the headbow comes across it.

Is 120-140 too much? Too little? I can't notice any flaws, it comes with a little detachable bow and has back shirring with proper corset lacing (ie. not though delicate lace and it actually does something). Would it sell easily?

I think you'd sell it easily for $120-40, take a while longer for $140-170 and possibly get sales in the $170-$200 range although be prepared to wait a while. This has come up on dream dress lists and wishlist in the past so there's probably a few oldfags around who still covet it

I did covet it too, but I figured the red was more popular. I may tend to undervalue things as I'm scared of being seen as a scalper. The orange did go for 160 in the bst in January, and with some loose threads. I might try... not in too much of a rush, I haven't worn it out yet. I have a few popular oldschool releases actually, I need to do a bit of a clearout as I'm moving house. Perhaps I'll post a wardrobe feeler, I've documented the years and names of the pieces quite well.

I also had to get the zipper professionally replaced because the pull broke off.
