So /cgl/,
I want to cosplay Houka Inumuta from Kill la Kill.
Thing is, the outfits he's most known for look like they're going to choke the everloving out of me, so I wanted to use a more casual look. He's shown in this outfit briefly, but that type of hoodie is something that I don't know what keywords to use to try to find. (mostly because of those side pocket things)
tl;dr, I don't know how to google properly

To be honest... that isn't necessarily my mindset.
I'd be ok with noone knowing, and if someone did, then I'd appreciate it. However, the more common looks that he tends to have seem impossible to wear. Seriously, the collars look like torture devices.
