Can we see some good examples of using contouring or other makeups to change the shape of facial features, rather than just enhance what occurs naturally? I mean longer/shorter/narrower nose illusions, different lip shapes, eye shapes, etc. Character makeup that isn't SFX or just "your face but better". The bad makeup thread is full of people trying to do face shape modifications, I'd like to see some people who do it right.

I see these two get called on self-posting for some reason so I was reluctant to post (in b4 self-post), but the girls from Twinzik are the first people who come to mind when I think of cosplay makeup done well. Hee-Hee usually does the more transformative looks. They sometimes use prosthetics but Hee-Hee definitely does a lot of character looks that don't need them.

This person is a makeup artist as a profession but honestly her cosplay makeup isn't all that great. She has some good male facial structure and just uses it to cosplay males because cosplaying as a female doesn't work for her. Her lace front facial hairs are pretty good, though.

I planned to make a guide on adapting stage makeup for cosplay but never got past taking photos, but I'll dump them here. No filter or editing, right from my phone.

KlairedelysArt has pretty good makeup imo
It's not super amazing and most of her looks are pretty simple, but they're well executed and look cool
She also does some prosthetics (I think that's what it is? Like latex stuff idk I'm not good with that kinda stuff) that looks pretty neat.
She did makeup inspired by the seven deadly sins a while ago, I really loved those
