The biggest issue is that I can't expose my bare abdomen for more than 10 minutes or else it'd get chilled and I get massive diarrhea (and high fever if it goes on for longer), no matter the weather or temperature.

Use a lotion, scrub, or wash with BHA (Salicylic acid being the most common). It'll help get rid of acne and other skin bumps like Keratosis Pilaris or ingrown hairs, etc.

Do NOT use a scrub for fucks sake. It will cut, irritate, and infect your acne. Lots of scrubs also contain fragrances and perfumes which irritate the skin.

BHA is good for acne. Try an over the counter acne cream with sulphur in it that will dry out any pimples. Don't squeeze, don't use a soap (sodium laureate sulphate in the ingredients list), change your shirts often, and use a non-scented baby detergent. I recommend Cetaphil as a wash. Go to a dermatologist if it doesn't change or you're over 20 and you've had this problem for a few years.
