For starters, I know Cirith Ninniach on taobao has some really nice rococo styled hats, but what other stores do you know that have something similar?

Speaking of, has anyone here actually ordered from Cirith Ninniach? Something that wasn't on sale in large quantities, like the Medusa hat. Would LOVE to get my hands on a piece of theirs one day. I'd be really interested in their historical pieces or the amazing headdress they posted the other day (pic related). I've heard snippets of info here and there but nothing definitive. Anyone?
