Haruhi Clover items are pretty well made, very little residual glue or anything, hats are nice and maintain their form. They're medium-sized I guess, if you have a big head maybe don't get one? The headbands fit well, and the size of the bows is about right. The ribbon they use on almost everything is grossgrain, so expect that I guess. Otherwise no real complaints.

I have only tried the nail cutter and the nose/face scrub and they work well. The nail cutter's plastic casing is of awful quality though. the paint is chipping off and the metal is obviously bad.

The face brush was AMAZING! It's so thick and the fibers are tightly packed in together yet the softness is amazing! It makes a nice lather and leaves your face squeaky clean! I use it as the first step then use the silicon sponge from Part 7/8 to finish off the job. I highly recommend it!

Shirt is soft and has this cute chest pocket and the sleeves are really unique! The skirt and straps are separate but can be attached to each other to look like the stock image. But I got white and black. These just came in today, and freaking hell they are so worth the around $16 USD they cost. They look like blouses that would cost at least twice as much actually. Can't take a photo of them right now, but they look just like the stock photos, and just like the customer photos.
They have cute pearl buttons with the gold trim that are sewn on nicely (instead of loose like they're about to come off), has 4 different kinds of nice soft lace, everything is serged and finished, the pintucks in the front look good, came with two spare buttons, couldn't find even one lose thread on either blouse, and overall the construction is very nice.
The only thing I can find about them that could be a bit better is the lacing in the back uses regular shiny satin ribbon. But they did seal up the ends so that the ribbons wouldn't fray.
But to sum it up, the blouses are perfect and now I wish I had gotten the red one too.

And these are sheer blouses, so an undershirt would need to be worn.

I've used taobaospree, yoybuy, and pruany before. Taoabaospree I didn't really like the way they did things so I just sort of moved on from that.

Yoybuy, I did an order and one of my items never came, and I didn't want to deal with having to get another one. So I refunded that. This really isn't as hard as you think it is. You can pay with foreign cards through alipay. On alipay you will enter your billing address, but make sure your address on taobao itself is your friend's address. Follow the forwarding guide if you need help on adding things to cart and ordering, it should be similar.

Alright, so newbie here putting together my first order. I've read through the FAQ, SS spreadsheets, in-thread recs etc and was planning on using Taobaoring. However, as it turns out, at least half the shops I'm planning on ordering from offer free shipping, either as a deal for the amount i'm buying, or listed on the items themselves. And Taobaoring seems to charge a flat 15cny (or more for some of my heavier orders). The only SS listed as actually acknowledging free/reduced shipping deals in the spreadsheet is Bhiner, which from what I gather in the past few threads would be a horrible decision.
Am I stuck? Do I just have to place my order, suck it up and pay the unnecessary shipping costs, knowing full well my SS has to pay nothing for it? If anyone here knows of any decent alternatives, please let me know
