I ended up being down $100. My mistake was sending the extra payment as gift, and I'm pretty sure PayPal doesn't let you make claims on payment plans. The seller is e-famous, which is why I didn't kick up a stink about it. I feel stupid but it's so infuriating to know she was lying.

This was when I was new to lolita. Frankly.. This wound up being my last time in lolita. I sold my dress not long after because I couldn't return it. Since then I have actually now and then looked up the comm in SF and it turns out they are catty as fuck and the one person who is supposedly the 'head lolita' makes sure that everyone ignores one person in order get them out of the comm if she doesn't like them. Yeah thats it! It was on discount because I guess it was considered old when I went to buy it. Got it for $200 plus tax. It matched my white tights and my dark blue flats at the time, so the lady suggested this one. She said the print was busy enough that the plain shoes and tights were fine. She gave me two little dark blue bows too. I liked the girl. She was really sweet and knew I was kind of shy and new to the fashion. I was wearing so frilly long sleeve blouse too with little flower buttons on it. Not sure where it was from, but I think it was Baby too.
