I've used original, not-tack, and tested the 2/sequel versions, I wasn't aware there was a cream one? Interesting, I'll pick some up next time I'm getting more prosthetics stuff.

I've never been able to get removers to work much better than a loofah scrub and didn't care for soaking my face in rubbing alcohol, although that works fine on getting it out of clothing.

I use elmers but I make sure to dry my eyebrows with brush cleaner (for makeup brushes) before starting the process. Brush cleaners have alcohol content in them to remove oils, but also provide healthy moisture to not make the hairs brittle. I specifically use a MAC brush cleaner, but I'm sure others would work well.

I don't understand it, why do girls do such a hack job on their eyebrows? It's obvious when it's been painted on because there is no texture and it's absolutely flat against the forehead, it might look okay from 10 feet but it's completely obvious when you get within speaking distance. For that matter why make it pencil thin? It's completely unnatural and looks terrible .

If you're using liquid liner, stop using liquid liner

I use an angled flat brush that has been wettened slightly, and black eyeshadow patted on it.

I used to use gel liner with the angled flat brush, it looks more dramatic than the eyeshadow but if you're just wearing eyeliner and no eyeshadow, use the shadow for eyeliner, and the gel liner for over eyeshadow

Be very gentle with your application, don't stretch your skin out like a chinaman when you draw. Do it in small lines.

I currently use gel liner like >>8259529 suggested. But I got good eyeliner application using pencil liner to lightly sketch where I want the eyeliner to go and then using liquid liner with a felt tipped pen to make it more even. It requires a bit of a steady hand and a few q-tips to keep it even. But I was able to get a nice smooth application that way. Makeup quality is also a big factor as well. I used urban decay until I discovered Nyx and I've had good luck with their products.

Gel liner just gets the job done faster. The only downfall is that I have hooded eyes so I usually have to tightline and my wing shape differs more than usual and not so cat-eyed. I find I end up using gel toward the end and then a good pencil liner toward the inner corners.

q-tips are also your friend for doing any clean up work.

you do realize that stage and photos are the reason you're supposed to wear heavy paint right?
lights/camera flash pancake the face and make you look flat. heavy contouring (good contouring, not that AOT bullshit) will make your face look normal under camera flash.
