There's plenty of food going to waste all over the world that could be feeding kids in impoverished areas, thats true. But there's no worldwide food shortage. There's a worldwide income struggle, and in 2nd and 3rd world countries there's struggles with starvation and lack of medicine due to exportation and proper agricultural practices.

I will continue to eat, as it is part of my job of being a chef. I'll also continue to go on morning jogs, walk my dog in the afternoon, and play DDR and Just Dance with my partners. I will continue to run up and down the stairs in my house, and laugh and have a light, happy life.

Seriously anon, learn to love yourself. You'll feel so much better. Plant some flowers. Go swimming. Rearrange your furniture. Learn to live life a little more happily.

I will be the first to say that losing weight is a great way to reduce the risk of heart disease and other related illnesses. But having a negative attitude towards someone who is overweight will only discourage them from wanting to lose weight. They may feel like they're never going to be accepted, that they aren't seeing results fast enough, or even worse, will continue to think they are fat past the point of healthy weight loss, and eventually die to eating disorders.
