Yeah, picked up my Body Line order today...headband was broken. But I can fix it.

I bought too much the last two weeks. Thanks to the seagulls who told me about the 0,01$ eBay auctions.

I am also waiting for a Meta JSK, Akane&Alois OP, Meta shoes and bag. I bought a new car too, which will not be exactly in the mail but still get delivered to me.

Canada Post lost my taobao package. The SS apparently wrote Z instead of 2 on my postal code so they're trying to send it somewhere it doesn't exist. It has tracking, and said delivery was attempted and a notice left, but I have no notice and they have no clue what post office it's at. But it's not here because my mailman came by after the tracking said a notice was left and he hasn't seen that package. I've been on hold forever,

I have one who doesn't like the others and then two who get along fine and don't mind other cats, so I figured the grumpy guy can sit near the top alone and the other two will sit down lower together. The fat one on the lower box because she's fat and the thin one on the platform just above it because she'd want to play with the mouse. Grumpy would sit on the perch at the top because he's the dominant one and would look down on the rest of them.

2) 1h30min away (in good, non-rush hour traffic) from my work, so I can't pick it up after work

For any Torontofags, I live on Steeles and they sent it to the southernmost end of Spadina. I noticed the tracking was wonky days ago and called but the fucker on the phone told me everything was fine and it was just on the wrong truck but had been put back on the correct one.

Nope, because it's in the same city.I live on the northernmost edge and it's at the southernmost edge and already "prepared for pickup". I'm just worried that whoever DID get the delivery slip will try to pick it up before I can get to it.

My bf is often in that area of town for work, so I'm going to write an authorization letter and see if he can get it in the morning. We live at the same address, but I'm worried they won't accept it since the address on the package is wrong (so won't match his) and he won't have a delivery slip.

It sounded like the 2/Z mess-up was a simple fix though, not like your address was "123 Main st" and they put "321 Main rd." so it might help a bit more. I'd suggest maybe photo copying your ID and sending a copy along just in case they ask for it, just to cover your bases. Good Luck on getting your stuff!

They can probably be contacted through their Rakuten shop but it seems like they're slow to respond about overseas orders.

I've used From Japan to order from them instead, it's just more convenient if you're getting a bunch of stuff. I think they also have free shipping if you go over a certain amount because I spent 5k on an item and they didn't charge me for domestic shipping, just the international amount.

I ordered two items off of Amazon recently, a Star Trek phaser that I was going to fix up and use as a prop and a new charger for my camera battery. Phaser came today, and my charger was ordered two days earlier than it and did not come. Today was the last day on the range of dates Amazon listed for it to get to me, and when I check my tracking the original shipper "Tendered to USPS" on the 6th and it's been in my city since then, but I look at the secondary tracking number it gave for USPS and they haven't updated the tracking since the 3rd. I'm worried it's gotten lost in the mail and Megacon is this weekend. The phaser that was also shipped with USPS had a lot more tracking activity. I don't want to have to head over to photography shops to find a stupid charger for my DSLR.

In my experience padded envelopes are too small to ship a full dress (without stuffing it in to a point where the envelope is bursting, which is a no-no). Depends on your country but if you're in the US, use at least a medium flat rate box (or similar size). Envelopes are only good for blouses and accessories or very compact (ie chiffon) skirts, in my experience.

The egg yolk isn't pop-out 3D like the first preview picture suggests (alas, the only pic I could grab), but the pictures after that one -where the bag is sitting on a white background- are closer to the product.

Overall I think it is a beautiful piece. The fabric is textured, like embroidered. On the neck and sleeves is lace with glitter (looks from afar like pearls) and tulle trim. The neckline is linned with some light fabric to give the illusion of skin (I guess). The lace is nice and good quality. I would guess it is a summer piece, hence the shorter sleeves and lighter fabric.

I haven't bought that brand but I've tried this one and it's nice. A little goes a long way, but you can really dump it on if you want a styronger flavour. It does soften because of the heat and moisture of the rice, so you're not eating crunchy bits.

Has anyone ever been successful having fromjapan ship to a different address than the paypal one? I'm trying to work something out with their customer service, but the person I got is rude and unhelpful, and just blows me off every time I email back. I asked if I could be put in contact with a manager, I asked if I could send them the total amount of my order again (about 1300$), but with the correct address and they would refund it to the wrong address, I showed them that other people had their delivery address changed in the past, everything just gets blown off without explanation or even addressing it at all. Has anyone called them before?
