I can green text the story, we were together for like 6 years, so I'll keep out a lot of details that aren't relevant. Also saging, sorry for ranting in advance.

I'm just salty about the whole thing, but I have a happy ending overall. I grew out of the "fantasy" vs "reality" of our relationship, realized my mistakes, learned a lot, now I won't let anyone treat me like he did. I have a new boyfriend now, made it very clear from the start if he doesn't do something I like, I'll confront him about it, etc. Luckily he is a level headed guy, and we get along great with no toxicity in the relationship, I just turned 21 so glad I got that shit out of system early. Again, sorry for half ranting. This was just a giant mindfuck to me, lol.

I assume it is because most of the characters are male and they all interact together a lot with little to no female contact, except in a few episodes.
