I have a really small chest and I can managed to make them at least decent in cleavage and whatnot for cosplay. Just stay away from characters who are -known- for their bust size (like in canon characters comment on her breasts) or underboob.

I don't really mind at all and often think it's cute. Prefer it to titcows trying to cosplay flatter characters (it mostly just looks off to me, if not gross), and definitely prefer it to fatties trying to coast on their big tits while spilling out everywhere else.

Stack your stick-on bras on the sides of your boobs, but design your costume to push your boobs to the middle. That or you could use some clear vinyl straps, a la Jnigs there >>8114215 to create the cleavage. You don't notice the vinyl as much and it will hold the rest of the costume together and in place better than fashion taping the shit out of the top.

Why can't they buy breast forms? If you cover the edges with makeup you could basically wear a bikini and look normal until they fall off.

Hell I've seen one cosplayer make giant breasts out of foam or something, I don't remember exactly, I thought it's retarded at first, but the final result somehow looked pretty good. I think she covered them in latex or silicone or something to make them look like skin? It was crazy either way
