Should I just give up and only do fully clothed characters, or is there a way to make my breasts look like pic related with magic?

I'm a 38C and my boobs aren't at all perky. I got cursed with saggy tits and I feel like I'm really limited to characters I want to cosplay. I want to do characters like Urd, Tia Harribel, and Karako Koshio, but it seems like most delicious browns don't wear bras and it really bums me out. Any help?

Your actual size should be a 34DD/F or a 36D/DD. 38C is a sister size of these 2 sizes. Love yourself and (1) buy a bra that fits ya (2) burn all your 38Cs.

Well the last time I had someone measure me was in high school and I was, according to the lady, 36C. I noticed my old bras didn't fit a year later and just moved up a size. Pic is from Acen last year. I don't go bra shopping that often so I never get measured. Though now my 38C's feel either too constricting or too loose.

Your breasts are much fuller than a C cup. I wouldn't be surprised if you were in the H-J range. Go to a specialty shop. Protip, bra shops that don't have your actual size will almost always try to convince you you're a size they can provide.

DD isn't very large
Take for instance I'm a 28 DD/ 30 D

Visually I look like a B cup

Measure your rib cage. Whatever number is there is your band size (give or take 1" depending on the brand), next take your body measurement at the fullest part, now subtract from the band and you'll roughly get your cup size
Ex: bust-33" ribcage-28"
33-28=5=28 DD
Again you can go up a band size and down a cup size depending on the brand and how much water you retain on your period.

Girl you are not a 38C. You need to go down a couple of band sizes at least, the bras getting smaller meant you should've gone up to a 36D or DD not up a band size and I suspect you probably needed a tighter band than 36 to start with, probably more like a 34. The tight vs loose thing will be because the cups are too small but your band is too big. Please measure yourself properly according to any one of the links, and see what bras you can find.

It's annoying, right? I guess as well you're affected by the inconsistent letters once you get past D...so it depends what sizing the manufacturer wants to use! Although bra sizing is slightly more consistent than clothing it's still just a guideline. In Japanese bras, I'm a 65C/70B but prefer the cup spacing on the 70B although the band is looser, when I went shopping in China I found the 70B band and cup to be fine, in the UK most 30 bands and even 28s are too loose (plus cup sizes too small/oddly spaced because all the 28Cs are for tweens), except for some styles in Boux Avenue where the 30 band is tight on me; in Australia and NZ an 8 band is sometimes too tight (when you can find it, and I've had 10Bs from Bras and Things and Elle Macpherson Intimates that were pretty damn tight as well) and sometimes hellishly huge, and fuck bra shopping in the states and Canada, everywhere starts at a 32-34 band.

>> No.8099068

>>8098823
You look much to slim to be a 38 band size.

For example I am a 32 G. Victoria's Secret had me measured at a 34DD. They suck. I went to Nordstrom, got measured properly and was shocked by the number BUT remember Victoria's Secret is constantly fitting women into too big bands and too small cup sizes to fit women into their limited size range. The new bras fit me much better and are a lot more comfortable.

For what it's worth, I don't have HUGE boobs like you think I would. I have big boobs, but most people peg me at like a D cup because most women are wearing bras with cups too small and bands too big.

Good for you? But I know plenty of women who are a 38" band size and they're not landwhales, they're much like the picture I posted. There's a huge variety in what's "normal" for people IRT band size. Since you're a 30" now then clearly you were carrying a ton of weight, but some people are a 38" and only qualify as "chubby" because losing weight would drop them down to 34" which you generously deem normal per your standards.

Temporarily? You can buy clear stick on bras that are basically like a bra-cup sticker. They're what I suggest for OP since they are like chicken fillets without the padding and cleavage.

Permanently, well, you can do lots of chestercise, and lose weight (which will decrease your bust size generally, if weight is an issue) but other than that? Go see a surgeon.

Anything that targets the pecs - bench press and chest pressups (you can do these against a wall or with your hands on an elevated surface like the end of your bed if you find them too hard on the floor) are usually the most popular ones, chest dips are okay as well. I don't think upper back stuff tends to produce quite as much 'lift' but it certainly helps you hold yourself (and your boobs) up better.

Also forgot to mention that sometimes a 'sag' is irreversible. Your breasts are made to have your nipples hanging low because it's the best place for them to be for you to breast feed. Sometimes, you're stuck with it and it's not a problem. I've had low nipples for my entire life and I'm going to get a breast augmentation probably next year. Similarly, low hanging breasts can have high placed nipples, though low nipples are what are generally considered unsexy.

Anons, can you help me out? For the longest time I was told I was a 36 or 38 DDD, I had a fitting at Victoria's Secret and Lane Bryant and that was what I was told. My bra situation has been a bit screwed up, owning sizes all across the board. My mom bought me some 40DDD from Walmart because they didn't have the smaller band size and they were always way too loose on me. I had a 38DDD from Torrid that fit okay but I have never, EVER had a bra where the thingy sat flat against my sternum.
I got a Torrid gift card for Christmas and went and got refitted after two years and weight loss, and they told me I was a 44DD? So...these are my tits...and the lady told me they looked like they were supposed to in a bra, but I'm still really confused, so is this right? Is this where everything should be? Question authority - question what your bra fitters told you. Bra sizing inconsistencies are annoying as hell. I live in a small city where 34" is the smallest band size available. I grew up wearing sports bras because nothing seemed to fit so I "gave up". After gaining weight I could fill out an actual bra but didn't realize how fucked up the +2 or +4 systems were until last year when I recalculated my size using the Sophisticated Pair and A Bra That Fits sites and discovered I should've been wearing 32D instead of 34B. I just wish more stores offered free returns because sometimes it's hard to find bras that are true to size and not part of the aforementioned + scale.

I got stuck in 34B's because I didn't know any better and it's what stores here carried and all the ways of calculating agreed I should wear that. Hell, some calculators said I should be 36A. It wasn't until I got home from work one day and saw the underwire lines on the sides of my boobs that I understood that the cup size was actually too small and the band was far too big. I could easily pull it off my back about 6" straight behind me. 36A, a smaller cup and bigger band is a retarded idea. Worse yet was that I had bought into the whole A=1", B=2" etc. thing and thought D cup was fucking HUGE, a size I would never wear. No. You are not a 44DD. The cup size looks okay, but it looks like all the support in that bra is coming from the shoulder straps which would indicate the band is too big. The side support may be digging in because the band is too loose so the whole lot moves around a lot. An easy way to tell is to fasten it on the tightest hook (which you shouldn't be able to do with a new bra unless you like having a loose band) make your hand into a fist and try and get it between your band and your back, if you can get it in there easily then your band is at least 2 sizes too big for you.

You should really go back to the 36 band, possibly even smaller and don't be surprised if you're actually a 36H (or sister size like 34J). In fact, measure yourself and use the bra calculator here >>8098833 to figure out your size. If you end up needing to buy online (highly likely) start with asos because you can legit just buy a bunch of bras and then return them since their returns policy is so good, plus they stock bras up to an M cup for quite a few band sizes.

-A-C cup/small band (28-30) - China and Japan, maybe UK based stores for 30 bands. Asian bras are not great for wide spaced boobs though, and nearly everything is push-up. Sports bras in small cup/band - Shock Absorber Level 4 support, ebay, or Berlei if I want underwire.
-D+ cup/small-regular (28-36) band - if you want to just try different brands/sizes/styles, asos and then return them. Then look for your favoured brands (Fantasie, Curvy Kate, Panache/Cleo, Gossard etc.) on clearance through amazon and ebay. Make sure you know your boob spacing/shape, the bigger you are the more the variations matter for fit! 3-piece cups are most likely to fit the biggest range of sizes but some people do not like the shape they get in them. Panache makes amazing sports bras, Bendon isn't bad if you're 32 band and up to a G cup, Shock absorber goes to a J I think but they aren't underwired, more a compression style.

Different anon than OP here. 38 is still chubby/fat girl range, but even then some girls just have big ribcages. My underbust didn't change at all with a recent 50 pound loss. Pic related. Same sports bra, 230 before and 175 after. Went from 38C to 38B in many brands.

Once I hit 170, I tried 36 at the end hooks and got fat rolls coming out of the bra. I have a feeling even if I get to 130 I'll be a 36.

In b4 "fatty", "landwhale", "Clean your mirror" etc. Still trying to lose weight.

I think you will find the 34 band really tight when you first try it if you are used to wearing 40 band bras, particularly since you are very likely to have migrated tissue from wearing the wrong size. I suggest trying to get a 36H to start with, it's often an easier to find size.

Ah, in that case definitely try for the 34J. As mentioned before, asos is great to use as a trying-on service if you don't have a speciality bra store in your area - yes you have to pay for the bras, but it's cheaper to buy full price and be able to return them than buy them clearance price on ebay and not be able to return them at all. Once you find a bra that fits return that as well and find the same one on clearance on amazon or ebay.

WORD, ALL OF THIS BRA INFO!

The world has been convinced that D and DD are large sizes, when that's bullshit. It's all relative to the band. I'm not a big person, and I don't have huge boobs, and I wear a 30D. Small ribcage, cup size relative to boob measurement vs. underboob measurement.

But band sizes come in even number. So a 28G would be too small for you and the cup might be too big. Your best luck is with a 30E bra. If all fails you can alter it to have a smaller band (or take it to a boutique) or do it yourself.

It depends on the bra company, I think. I have a bunch of 32Ds and 34Cs from Victoria's Secret. They're technically sister sizes, but the cup in the 34C has way more coverage, while the 32Ds (which I wear with band extenders now) are more low-cut.

Try bras in the cup size up to see? Quadboob usually means you need to go up a cup, although it could also be a boob shape issue (e.g. the t-shirt bra cups, which are usually one-piece moulded foam, are not the right shape for you) so maybe try something that conforms better to your shape in the 32D, like a 3-piece foam lined cup.
