The eyeshadow ones. They're murder on your eyes and yeah you should throw those things away the second you open an eyeshadow palette with one.
The sponges for foundation are good for blending and applying body paint, but not for light foundation like she seemed to be wearing (they'll soak up more of a light foundation than they will deposit)
