I am at the gaylord, but I was cold even last year in my Silent Hill Nurse costume and that covered a lot more than Etna will.

Then Saturday my hoodless poncho friend wore my kigu that night and they wouldn't allow him in saying kigurumis weren't allowed.

The rules this year say no hoodies or coats.. but no mention of kigus
