Oh, I saw that and didn't realize it was her but if you had the wig and ears I definitely would have. Touhou cosplays that add a lot of detail look great and I'm excited to see how this turns out. Some stuff on the sleeves would balance it out though. I wouldn't worry about deviating from her design with more sleeve details since she normally has them anyways.

As someone whose made a Tewi cosplay in only 6 hours i can say don't do what i did and think a circle skirt is gonna take care of the poof. Yes wear a small petticoat, yes to bloomers as well due to she does wear them and the carrot necklace would be super easy for you to make. If you wanted to make a plush carrot for it or buy a small fake carrot and make it a necklace they'd both look alright.

I was working as registration for Touhoucon. The first year it was pretty fun because it felt like everyone was automatically friends from the get go! Been wanting to work on my Patchouli cosplay for ages, but have my heart set on a particular fabric. Had zero luck finding it. I think it's time to find second best.
