I love the idea but I don't think it's appropriate for lolita...and needs improvement. There's a shop in Orlando that actually does this pretty well. shoebakery, they have a cake and ice cream collection.

like they came straight from the forest; that's actually what I like about them. the "HELLO YES I AM FLOWERS YESSSS I AM VERY SWEET AND COLORFUL THANKS YES" crowns are nice and cute, but it's also nice to see a step away from that. it's just a different style that's interesting to see. I think it'd look better without the pearls and if she actually shaded or airbrushed it into having details again instead of just a flat spray painted gold. Also the flowers are kinda cheap looking. I actually like the colors too (the faded Victorian grandma look is 100% me) but the actual flowers, they're kind of papery looking and some are frayed, coated in glitter glue, have nasty plastic centers, or obnoxious rhinestones stuck inside.

Also I'm saying all this as someone whos been making flower crowns and silk arrangements and bouquets for weddings since before the whole flower crown fad started. Good flowers can be found at Michaels, you just have to know what to look for and how to enhance them (like taking out the fucking plastic centers on the tiny ones)
