I'm actually a genderqueer person (quickly explained it's like being stuck between being a girl and a boy and it's confusing and it sucks dragonballs) i dress like a boy super often and look like an effeminate young boy. Despite being small. But I have a huge soft spot for cute frilly clothes,cute things like cute food and cute animals,pastel colours, i don't like OTT stuff though (too pastel cutesy unicorn mahou shoujo kira kira isn't my thing) and i don't like soft grunge either, the whole offensive kawaii is just not my cup of tea (even though it's funny sometimes). I wrote a wall but yeah you get the idea?

Icons are from LINE DECO, which is super nice because you can use a variety of different icons from different packs without installing a launcher!
Icons work with launchers too if you have a launcher that you like using.

Also different anon from the first two replies you quoted, but LINE DECO lets you mix and match icons however you want (you can even mix from different icon packs), and you choose the app it launches.
As far as my knowledge goes, GO Launcher also allows this but imo GO launcher icons aren`t as cute as LINE DECO ones, and also is more of a hassel because you need to DL individual packs from the app store (which are often the kind that are free to download but you have to do a bunch of shit to get them)

alright so, if you have an android phone you can manually set different photos for the icons. i did all icons manually because I'm a sucker for conserving storage space. you download the transparent icon you want (off google, tumblr, etc.) and go from there! just hold down the icon you want to change and it'll give you the option to set a different image to it.

I'm not sure if iPhones have this option?

My only problem is the anime girl one with the pink hair. You can tell they tried really hard to make the phone look good but it looks lazily done and it's infested with a ton of shit that doesn't match. It's not coherent in the slightest. The background is a terrible choice for a phone to begin with, especially on fucking faded icons. It's such a bad combination. And there was no attempt to fix or move the app drawer or place them neatly. Also, all those faded widgets except for calender and then BAM dark ass music widget. It isn't even poweramp either. The whole thing is just shit, but what can you expect from someone who uses Tumblr?

oh yeah, i removed spotify widget a long time ago. had it there temporarily (see timestamp on the weather widgets, from a few weeks ago) but it was definitely pretty ugly against all the other widgets with a lighter theme.
Can't do anything about the faded widgets though, but it does bother me.

In this case you'd HAVE to find a new weather and clock widget, which there are much prettier looking ones than the widget you have. (I seriously have no idea what draws you to the weather widget you have right now. It's ugly anyway) I recommend using 1weather and any old simple white clock widget. Just learn to place them properly. Of course before all of this, you'd need to find a more simple background so that it doesn't mesh together again. There are tons of simple backgrounds you can use while still maintaining cuteness. Your widgets just wouldn't be as cute except for the notes but at least it will look decent.

Thankfully I haven't experienced this since I bought the keychain one instead of a strap so it stays on nicely.
My only experience with a strap is the pink bunny charm I have and I just stuck it between my case and the actual phone itself before squeezing the case against the phone to secure the strap. You can see the pink strap inside of the clear case in the photo on the right. It has never once fallen out so maybe you could try that.
