I made a small purchase earlier testing out purchasing directly from a seller (so no review on forwarding service yet but will likely be doing so for 11/11 event) and I didn't do anything with alipay until I was prompted to do so after clicking checkout and whatnot in my cart. Would this little dipper 60 cm underskirt look good with AP dresses that are about 88-90 cm long? I'm buying about 18 or so items, and the total price seems to coming to 192$ when the RMB price is put into a currency converter, and about 240$ when in the Yoybuy shopping cart.
About that, is that including the Yoybuy fees?

Also, when when calculating shipping, it prompts for the "Item price including the domestic shipping fee."

I've managed to whittle it down to 31 (turns out I didn't have 40 pairs to start with, I mixed some stuff up).
It's a mix of basics, like lace tights, and printed stuff which I already have coords in mind for. I wear classic lolita and otome. Main colours in my wardrobe are red, wine, navy, brown, ivory, pink and black. The grey/green tights and OTKs are my inner Potterhead taking charge.

I guess I might be able to find some of the more basic ones in shops where I live but then they'd cost €15-25 as opposed to €3 so eh.

I thought I would pop into your 'bar' and ask for some help; I don't usually browse this board so please excuse me if you don't welcome crossboarders.
As you are obviously aware the 11/11 sale is coming up. I have a pretty solid idea of what I want, but have no experience in using a Taobao Agent. Ideally I would like to 'pre-buy' in that I place my order tomorrow or something and they put it through to the individual Chinese stores on the day - I have two exams on the 11th and probably won't be able to devote any time to this until I get home which will be after 4pm, which I think is about 10am Chinese time. Is there something like this, or will I have to jump on when I get home and have them order on the day? Would they be able to order with the discounts still active if I do it then?

Celestial seems like the choice to go for, but with her semi-hiatus it might not be the best idea. I don't know how much stuff I'm going to be ordering, but probably not over $100, so I assume it would be best to go for Taobao Ring?

What is the quality of clothing and that sort of thing like? Theres a few things I like the look of from Monzon, but I'm not too sure how good it is. I understand it varies from store to store.

Lastly, do any of you recognize this jumper? I saw it on an etsy-like site and thought it would probably be available somewhere for cheaper on Taobao, but I wouldn't know what to search for.

It came in a box, I never recieved a wig in a box ( I acually never spent more than 15 dollars on a wig...) and it took 85 days because my country's customs is a bitch.

1- Here's the ponytail, it looks small but I guess it's just because it has less hair than the ones I'm used to.

2-3 - ponytail full lenght

4- wig top, has 4 little... things, I don't know how to call them. Seems to have wire or something, they stay up. It doesn't have a skin top.

5- Inside of the wig, pretty normal, you can count the colors.

6- I don't know why is has such a dark pink inside? It also has the front hair well defined (blue/pink shorter parts)

7- you can see the back is actually a little weird, the gradient from blue to lavander specially.

8- Full lenght, I'm around 155cm tall so it looks pretty long on me.

9- Front view, bangs need some cutting and styling.

The fibers are lucaille usual fibers I guess, it says they're 100% resistant and I didn't get a single tangle yet.

If it let you continue with your account's registration, you should have no problems. I've been using Alipay for awhile and aside from registering, I've never needed to input/call upon that sort of information anywhere else.

For example,
Chinese yuan is roughly 6 to the dollar.

敲 means to tap/knock. (It's also in a lot of words looking to be very similar in meaning to "I'd tap that," in case you were ever interested.)

I'm not sure whether I should go with EMS or SAL. I live in a western European country with nightmarish customs so I'm leaning towards SAL (I read that SAL packages are less likely to be taken by customs than EMS ones) but with the upcoming holiday season I'm worried that the 1-2 months will turn into 3-4 months or that my package would be more likely to get lost somewhere in the chaos.
Any advice? I'm still rather new to this.

i always just use EMS because anything more than 2kgs is apparently cheaper to ship by EMS than airmail anyway
as for value, anything above $200, it's probably easier to use EMS

most taobao shopping services mark packages down without even asking (mine once put $60 on a $800 order fuck) so you could ask yours about it too before deciding?

Oh I know. It's just that I've never used SAL before and the only non-EMS option I have experience with is AIR. But I remember reading that SAL is much less likely to be taxed by customs. So far every single one of my EMS packages has been taxed between 25-45%.

I think I'll go with EMS anyway just to be safe. And then I'll just cry when the fees show up. It's a familiar feeling at this point.

Well I successfully attempted an order with the forwarding service to the US today! I had to call America First twice for the payment to go through. Hopefully I won't have to call them again now that it's been done once. Now I get to wait and see the shipping price. Almost all of my order was low stock stuff so I'll be pissed if the stock was incorrect or something.

I'm also a little disappointed the forwarding service only has 1 option to the US. Hopefully more will show up later and start competing for our business.
