Hey /cgl/ (again.)

I'm trying to make a naginata or trident like spear. I know how to make the spear head the issue I'm having today is that I don't know how to make it break apart like the image while keeping it lightweight.

Is there a tutorial for something like that? The only ones I've found use wood/boards/foam that doesn't break about in pieces like the image

I've checked the catalog and the first page but I only found this here: >>7853293 so would it be a better idea to post there since I'm not active/rarely come on here?

I haven't found anything else so I'm going to see if I can delete this and just repost it there thanks.
