If they were wearing JetJ's cross print and ditched the sash it would make sense but Puppet Circus is a sweet print, nothing religious about it.

I don't think underskirts should be a trend persay, I think they should be like considered an sort of undergarment and a staple for tall lolitas. I actually find it refreshing to see underskirts on girls where hemlines would be too high. And on some dresses, there is nothing going on on the hemline so the co-ord can look unbalanced without something there :/

I like this, Probably only be but judging from the light outside she took these when it was quite dark, hence the orangey hue.

For a starter this is a NITPICK thread not an ita thread so stop white knighting yourself claiming "vendetta". Everyone is different and therefore has different opinions on what works and what does not work.
Secondly I agree with the orange skin and pointless flower crown and here is why.

They both have boobloaf however in the second picture you can clearly see how her breast tissue is being forced to the sides of her torso, giving her a long tube like effect across her entire chest and sides. If at any point you completely lose the definition between left and right breast in a bodice or blouse, you have boobloaf. Default princess seamed bodices allow for a b cup, or two inch difference between full bust and under bust. Anything bigger than that is going to push into the wearing ease of the garment and force the extra tissue either to the center of the chest in a lump or to the sides of the torso into a tube. A majority of lolitas have low level boobloaf, you just have to wear something that smoothes the breasts into a more pleasing shape and try and work with layering to hide the sides of your torso and patterns/designs that will give you the illusion of separation between left and right breasts (think vertical details in the center of the blouse like pintucks).

Along with that: make sure there is some distance between the bottom of the bust and the waistband. Most bodices are cut for a flat bust, so you'll have to do some work to get that distance. Sometimes a good supportive bra will do the trick. Other times I use an underbust corset to give them a little more lift and to fill out the proper area of the bodice. Sometimes it might even come down to the length of the straps, sometimes changing the button position can greatly fix the problem. I've also added on to straps to make them a little longer, it's an alteration that's easy to undo with little to no damage (just press it with an iron and it should be fine after you take the stitches out) in case you decide to resell the dress.

I also look for dresses that don't have contrasting details on the bodice seams. Just a simple seam or trim that blends into the fabric helps a lot. When you have a stark contrast there it clearly looks like the middle panel is way too small and it's a dead giveaway. But usually a nice bolero is all you need to do to fix the problem, especially if it's something you really like. I also avoid lots of horizontal detailing on the bust. A bow, even a big one is fine. but once you get rows of lace and other details running across the top, it starts to make the bust look wider and only adds to the boobloaf effect.
