We know she's been to Australia, Mexico, the Atlanta Comm, and the New York Comm within the last year or two. Has she been to the Chicago Comm at all?

She was really nice and excitable when I met her. I mean she would see a part of someone's outfit she thought was cute and get excited and ask a lot of questions through her translator. She seemed genuinely interested in what people had to say to her and enjoying herself.

Most Japanese models look really plain to make consumers feel like they can relate to them. That might be why people overseas like her as well? I don't think Misako is excessively pretty or anything, but her personality seems cute and I like how she's genuinely interested in the fashion. Her smile is awful though.

Just out of curiousity, but feels fitting to the thread, why do people dislike Misako? I've heard of people disliking her and not agreeing with her views, but I haven't seen what her views are or reasoning for disliking her.

I love pale guys but actually prefer (naturally) tanned girls. Southeast Asia has the most beautiful girls in the world.

I think people took what she said during a few interviews and took it out of context/blew it up to make a huge fuss over it and people hear from word-of-mouth Misako-this and Misako-that and form opinions of her based on that. I personally feel indifferent towards her, she's cute but a bit bland. Midori is my queen.

No. Only Isobe, Kano, and their translator visited. I'm glad that they got to visit the actual city prior to AM. I think it would be awesome for the Chicago comm to have a nice formal tea meet at the Drake, featuring Misako and Midori.
