I assume it's based on Sugar Hearts (unmistakable). But it looks like the straps are too long, so what should be an empire waist is sitting a bit too low and more near the natural waist. It should be moved up about 2 inches. (Would also make it so it isn't cutting off her legs.)
It's also really, really full...which Sugar Hearts is but SH is also chiffon so it's like...flowy-puffy full?

I suspect she'll improve a lot, it looks like she's open to crit.

Lame coord, but not ita. That dress is hard enough to coordinate as it is but newbies are really attracted to it. That blouse isn't entirely horrid, just the shoulders (also I'm pretty sure that's off-white, not white). This could be salvaged with some new leg wear and shoes, and a bit of eye makeup. It would still be a basic beginner coord but you can only go so far with that dress.
This doesn't really belong in this thread either, anon. The nitpick threads exist to keep mediocre coords out of the ita threads.

It's damaging, but it makes your hair look really nice in the mean time. And by the time it's damaged, the damaged part you have to cut off doesn't really make it all that much shorter.
I've been straightening my hair about 8 years, and bleaching it as well for about 5. It looks so much nicer straightened than it does without and I really am not sacrificing all that much length, maybe like 2". It was always frizzy as shit even before I did any of that.
Straightening always tames the frizziness. Before I straightening it, it always looks frizzy. Now, as long as I straighten it, it always looks nice and sleek.
It does not matter if your hair is damaged if it never LOOKS damaged. My hair never looks damaged, because I always straighten it.
Hair is dead anyway, who cares if it's ~healthy~ as long as it LOOKS healthy.
