Here you go buddy. A Tutorial of sorts.

You're gonna need an 18" dildo.

Lop the balls off, carve a circle in the back about 2" deep, and glue in a PVC pipe.

Surround the pipe with piping insulation, matching the diameter of the dildo, then coat the insulation with some silicone caulk so the consistency matches the dildo.
