The same way you meet anyone. If you don't want to meet them based on shared/common interests, then you'll have to go a little out of your way. A person truly dedicated to a healthy lifestyle is probably shopping at stores dedicated to healthy, organic food. So look in an organic food store. They may also spend more time outside in general (parks, pools, etc).

Other than that...
Every person has to go to the bank sometime, right? Or purchase groceries? Or... the other numerous things that are slipping my mind that you might come in contact with other people during.

But just seeing them more often isn't enough. You should push yourself out of your comfort zone and talk to them. Otherwise you'll get nowhere.

I live in a city that is all serious business, everyone knows everyone and the only acceptable hobbies are alcoholism and gossiping.
So, having "childish" hobbies can literally stunt your career. People who are creative already get enough shit, without being "weird" or sub/counter culture in any way.
Getting contracts is reputation based, and since it's a male dominated, military centric town, being into dolls or Lolita would just kick me straight off the career ladder.

There are a handful of jobs elsewhere, none of which pay the same, and because they are scattered about, I can't move from company to company or contract to contract. This is the only hub for this career in the country. I could move to another country, but that is known as defecting, which is treason, and results in death by firing squad.
I love that I am directly involved in national security, that what I do everyday prevents hundreds of deaths, and that most of my work is so classified that I legally cannot answer questions from congress on what I do with resources. It more than makes up for living in this giant wet blanket. Plus I mostly make my own hours and direct my own workflow.
While hairdressing seems rewarding, it doesn't appeal to me on the "serving my country en masse" level and probably doesn't pull in the same 6figures that my current job does.
