The blouse is not a win on this one and an underskirt would drop the hemline to a more flattering location. I hate it when dresses fall at the thickest part of my thigh.

Not the anon that posted it, but those stockings, the sandals (ew, especially with how completely open they are), the blouse, the empty neck area, the weird red bangle, the hair that has been unstyled and looks greasy, no makeup and not enough jewelery? It's not ita but it's not good. Besides, she's almost fat herself. Even legitimately fat people can fit into AP these days, they fit something crazy such as 84cm waists easily. And yet they keep making the dresses shorter.

Plus the whites don't match at all. I don't know how anyone could think those shoes could ever look good, especially with stockings. Sandals can work with lolita sometimes but they need to be heeled, mostly closed except from a bit peeping at the front and worn with either ankle socks or sheer, non-printed stockings.

honestly the first couple of things that jump out are the square neck blouse which she moved deliberatly underneath the jsk straps, her hair looks like she didn't do anything at all with it, and the almost complete lack of accessories (except that weird wristband that doesn't match) on her arms/neck/fingers stands out. . The tights also don't match and I don't like the sky and clouds theme. I get that they are flying horses, but they are on a carousel, not in the sky. And the shoes are terrible. Also, that boob loaf being so big that it's smooshing the waist bow in half is kind of funny.

Personally my thighs are thinnest 6" above my knees. Right above my knee is deceptively thick and higher skirts would be better. We don't wear skirts above that most of the time so an underskirt would make this more flattering.

That's an awful coord the blouse and shoes I can let go because its summer but the tights takes away from what is an already beautiful printed dress.
