Yes, it seems far too small.

But for a fatty-chan she actually looks very decent aside from the sash. It's a good co-ord but it can be improved in the little details.
The gold shoes make no sense to me, should have swapped it for white or added more gold to her co-ord to make it work as the bracelets and the gold detail of the sash aren't enough and the gloves need to go. Perhaps some nicer, less plain tights would have been better too.

This would kinda depend on whether any money actually changed hands though. If there was a deposit and the seller backed out, I'd be on the buyer's side, it's a douche move on the seller's side.

It's true that too often buyers ask for holds and then back out, or simply cease responding. It's wasting the seller's time. So I'm less sympathetic if the buyer didn't pay a deposit.

I also don't know which dress was in the sale or the history of either buyer or seller. If it's not specifically the navy tiered jsk, every other version of it is difficult to scalp right now. Not trying to stir up drama or anything- I actually think this girl is very good at coordinating her lolita outfts- but this video actually kinda bothered me when I saw it...
