I'm planning to do a Foo Fighters cosplay soon, and my friend who isn't a cosplayer but really loves Jolyne wants to do her with me. I'm trying to think of what of Jolyne alternate outfits would be simpler for a beginner? Do you guys think Irene would be much easier? I don't think my skillset is good enough to do all that applique for Jolyne's normal outfit or I'd make it for her.

When I made mine, I hand-sewed all the white lines. I don't recommend anyone unless they want to suffer slowly. The result is perfect, but oh the hours spent sewing... Althoug I prefer all of this than having to paint it (because you have to make 3 times the line if you want the white to stand out). This is, of course, if you pick a dark fabric. If you pick a lighter one I think you wouldn't have to re-paint so many times.

I ordered fabric for my Caesar Zeppeli cosplay, it's more electric blue then light blue and it's not shiny as most JJBA cosplays are. Should I buy different fabric and start over?

Also for Caesars blue outfit would a Silver wig be better or Blonde from the anime?

If you're doing blue Caesar I think white hair would be better -- makes more sense than blonde.

I've already ordered a ash blonde wig it's the color that looked the most like Caesars color. And yeah the white looks odd to me as well.
I can't take a picture right now, my phones not letting. The fabric I have though is a cotton polyester blend, I thought it'd be mostly polyester so it'd have a slight shine but I was wrong.

Same, Joseph is the only one besides possibly Gyro I can really see working the slutification that happens with a lot of genderbends, but only with like booty shorts or something.
Overall I don't think there are too many good jojo genderbends because they turn the clothes too... conventionally feminine? Something about it doesn't retain the Araki touch. Though I think this Kira works it because the original design was already pretty conventional.

They're not really trying to make the designs more effeminate or masculine, they're pretty much 1/1 with the originals but on bodies for the opposite gender. The only one with any extensive alteration is Giorno's.

I feel like there must exist thorny vines for floral arrangement but I can't seem to find any via google. Maybe look up Yu Yu Hakusho Kurama cosplays and see if you can find how any of them did their rose whips.

I really want to start on my Caeser jacket soon but I dont have enough funds to afford all of those metallic things on the black part of his jacket on the green version. I found some really nice ones that were good size but they were really expensive and I would need a lot. So I want to do a cosplay based on Yasuho's Ultra Jump cover design and even get some custom printed fabric for it. However I can't decide on what colors to pick that will suit me (I can't rock silver hair). Here's two of my ideas so far. Even if it was someone from the first 3 parts it doesn't matter because they all got skinny in the end. It's more important that a jojo cosplayer's makeup skills are on lock than if they're ultra buff tbh.
Of course there are some exceptions to the buff thing. A skinnyfat Kars would just be disappointing.

It sounds like you aren't the most experience sewer no offense, so I would avoid a lot of the shiny, over-the-top fabrics (like stretch PVC) because they can be tricky to sew even for those with experience. Which Jolyne costume are you wanting to do?
