Having such issues trying to coordinate some outfits for an upcoming event because of my limited footwear. I've got two pairs of boots (brown /black) but the black ones are hell to wear and I'll be on my feet all day. I've got three pairs of sneakers but the black ones are skater type and the white ones are those hidden wedge high tops that look nice.

So despite looking rokku in appearance with colored hair, I keep thinking I'll only have a good outfit if I do whites/greens/browns and denim with brown boots or black with denim and white shoes.

Having to be on my feet and constantly moving around plus weather in the high 80s, even mid 90s is just making me question everything I pick out.

For "every day make-up" I like to contour my face with bronzer, highlighter and blush, then apply the eye make-up. I always wear eyeliner and top false lashes, but skip the bottom false lashes and circle lenses because I prefer lighter and more natural gyaru make-up for school and work. For meetups I like to go full out on my make-up, so I wear thicker eyeliner and falsies, haha!

You can have a fucking mcdonalds diet, or ice cream diet, or chocolate diet, or burger diet and lose weight as long as you eat under a certain amount of calories.
It's not rocket surgery. The only "magic" to these diets is that some (particularly keto) allow you to feel more satisfied with fewer amounts of calories. But you can really eat anything and still lose weight.

Asians have different BMI scales. 48kg is ideal weight, 40 is unhealthy but by far not yet extreme. In generel asians have less health problems when being 5 kg under normal weight than 5 kg above.

It's based on 0 calories. You are basically starving yourself to death. The jelly does as much as the tapwater you drink. even soda would be more nutrient.

Without selfcontrol you have no chance at losing weight like that. First of all your metabolism will be weak after that and you'll gain double the weight for every meal you eat like you did before such a diet. Your body will try to store as much as it can which is somewhat a natural reflex. During the diet your blood sugar will be so low that you'll just dumb out during that time. Tiredness, weakness, nausea and constant blackouts when you stand up too quickly.

Do not attempt this. If you want an extreme diet, at least create 5-7 small meals, each. ca. 100-150g, to eat through out the day every 2 hours that contain: 50% mixed Fruit, 50% diary products (cottage cheese, joghurt, milk). one portion weetabix will give you the necessary fiber to not diarrhea all over the place. Eat as much fruit itself as you want! Mix in some protein in meals post work out and work out one hour each day (running long distance does best to slim down). Drink green/black tea or coffee after wards, coffein helps burning calories and nutre your muscles.


If you enjoy fruit and creamy stuff, this is a fucking fun diet.

Also a chubby Asian, I recently went from 50kg to 43kg (5'1") and I've still got very noticeable chub. I used one of those handheld BMI calculator things once while at the gym and it said my BMI is like 24%.
I don't really have much issues with my body, but I'm working on losing maybe 2 inches off of my waistline and gaining a bit of muscle. No specialized diets either, I pretty much just eat whatever I want.

nooo anon don't do it! This dress literally sells for four bucks on aliexpress, and for good reason. It's made from the thinnest material imaginable, like insanely see-through. Even the skirt! I had a cami to wear underneath the top but unfortunately I didn't have a slip to wear underneath the skirt part to stop it from showing everything. Plus the bow isn't evensewn on really, it's just the belt of the bow that's sewn on and the body of it is all crinkled and ugly and it just slips ' slides around in its belt and gets even more bunched up and gross... it hardly even looks like a bow. If it looks thin, it's incredibly thin.

That's bullshit, sure your body will eventually start using less calories for certain processes meaning that more of the calories you take in do go to your weight but what you're saying is that someone's body who has been starved for a while will start defying the laws of physics. You can't get more energy out than you put in (which is why all those fat people saying they only eat 1000cal a day but still gain weight are obviously full of bullshit). Sure the diet will eventually get less effective and she'll start getting stymptoms that anorexia patients do (lanugo, dizziness/fainting, no sex drive, etc) but she wont start suddenly getting twice the amount of calories from a meal as she is eating.
Then as she starts eating more she will gain weight because the body is still using less energy for certain processes. She'll gain weight especially fast if she goes back to her usual diet because as she lost weight, her TDEE was lowered (people who weigh less/are shorter need less calories).

I pull my bottom lid down with my middle finger, then look up at the ceiling, pull the lens down onto the white of my eye using my index finger, and then use my thumb and index fingers to squeeze the sides of the lens together, popping it off the eye.
