I haven't seen any coords with this print yet that I really like aside form the magazine ads.
The girls in this photo look okay, but there's always something a little off, like the girl on the left's shoes. And other people I've seen just kinda dump flowers all over themselves.
It's a rather difficult print to coordinate since the it's so vivid and colorful. Also the "ivory" is more of a light off-white and can be hard to match.

Very few people got it in blue so if you are stuck in the color you may be sad for a very long time. This is a dress that the people who bought it bought it to wear and keep- not to resell so it is extra hard to find. I was obsessed with it after the first release and finally found it two weeks before they announced the rerelease. I hope you do find it. It is a stunning dress.

I'm not wedded to blue, it's just my favorite. I think JetJ in general people buy to keep and wear. I really only see a couple of their designs pop up on the secondary market with any frequency. While I'd love to have that dress and would buy it if I found it, I don't get too hung up on old releases when the brand is still putting out new stuff I love.

I feel like this is what happens with the bulk of their classic-ish solid pieces and that's why those dresses end up so sought after and popular after the fact! So frustrating, pic related. At least this one has gotten some rereleases and may be easier to find later.

We have really similar taste since my wardrobe is also chocolate and food themed! Chocolate Rosette was my dream dress series and I was lucky enough to snag the skirt before the recent price hike. I also impulse bought Honey Cake the other night...oops.

As for Chocolate Rosette I'd love to someday own the brown salo. I actually lost out on it a few months back when it came up with a low BIN but because my SS took 4 hours to respond it ended up being sold 20mins before my SS got to it.
The prices for CR has really jumped though so I'm in the same boat of putting it on hold for the time being. I watch the auctions pretty closely and they've all really hiked in price after one or two of the JSKs went for higher than normal amounts. I guess those few pieces and those bidders managed to set the new price standard for CR.

Figured I might as well post mine.
I'm focusing more on rounding out my wardrobe atm so there's no point in hunting down dream pieces if I won't be able to coord them when they arrive.

The only things I would sell my soul for at this point are Lief Basilica in black (I have the OP in the wrong size and will sell a kidney to get either the jsk or OP in a L or XL). I also have an insta buy policy on IW royal library in green and AatP Theatre de l' erreur in black.

Everything else I can bide my time and wait it out. I tend to buy in spurts and I've spent waaaaaaay too much on dream dresses in the past 6 months - AatP Elizabeth jsk in black, VM flocky rose jsk in teal, jetj cadrage robe jsk (all three thanks to anons here), Aatp Masquerade theater jsk in red, IW grazia crown in black, AatP Theatre de l' erreur in purple, Rottenburg jsk in wine....after all that madness I've been giving my bank account a much needed break from lolita. I would give everything to get my hands on Milky berry op in pink. Its my ultimate dream dress- I have a thing for strawberries on dresses, and i love the frilly ruffle on the bodice! Its what got me into lolita. Another one I would love more than anything is the Milkychan op in white <3 I'd give anything at all to have them.

While I don't agree with the sandy anon about 2cm not ever being allowed, I also wouldn't agree that it's a 'rule of thumb'. I would use a 2cm wearing ease on a close fitted garment made out of a fabric that has give/stretch, but it would still be something specifically meant to fit very snugly. Lolita, in my opinion obviously, is (majority rule) not considered a close fit and would need more than 2cm for a proper and comfortable fit. I would consider it a 'fitted' type of garment in most cases, especially considering that you want room for a blouse. OPs may be closer fitting, but still, 2cm is very snug and would accentutate the body a lot more than I think most lolitas would be comfortable with. Anyway, sandy anon needs to clam down, but using 2cm as just a 'general rule of thumb' seems a bit odd to me since wearing ease is 100% dependent on the type of garment fit and the fabric used. sorry this chart is in inches, not cm.

Hey anon, mind if I ask a question about ease? I've been drafting a JSK pattern (with my measurements), and both of the blocks I use have 10cm total ease in the bust, so whenever I draft something with a sweetheart neckline, it pretty much just falls off me, or gapes horribly when I put straps on. How much ease would you recommend I put into the bust? When I'm drafting for myself I can obviously do a toile fit, but if I were to make a neckline like that for someone else and I couldn't do a fitting, I wouldn't want them to end up with a dress that was way too big.
