Check LM for old sales. I think I've seen just the jsk in black go for 400ish. I am dying to find the socks in navy, but I could easily see someone paying a lot for the socks. I wish the black socks matched the navy colorway so I could offer you something for them. But I think it would be best to sell the witch hat sperate since it can be paired up with a lot of things and it's not just exclusive to the dress itself (unlike, say the head bow)

Probably 450 for the jsk and socks and maybe 175 for the hat?

Ugh in the same boat with a complete navy set with headbow and witch hat with out socks to match. My SS just managed to snag the navyxpurplr diamond aatp otks but I am betting the lav will still be too light for the purple on the dress but at least I'll finally have some matching Navy in those for the bottom.

Chocolate stuff is generally cheaper on the Japanese market like most lolita pieces. More chocolatey colourways like mocha and brown tend to be worth more as well whilst pink is relatively unpopular from my experiences. If you're sticking to under $200 then you're going to only be able to pick up skirts unless you get really lucky.

Polka Dot Chocolate is one of the least popular pieces as >>7464606 mentioned. From memory my skirt was only $70 and was in really good condition, it's a very short piece though.

Musee has also dropped in popularity by a fair bit so you may be able to nab that pretty cheaply.

Chocolate Rosette, if you're interested in that, will be pretty out of of your budget since it's been going for more and more on auctions of late (much to my despair.)
