Okay, I have a problem:
I have an extremelly ugly face
(and no it's not "I'm pretty but not the prettiest", I have a manly ugly face)
love lolita but, never go out: I have a good quality lolita clothes, cool cordds, but I have the problem even if I dress 100% perfect, my face would ruin it and all my effort will go to trash

So no matters what I wear, it will look terrible

So do you think ugliest people can go into lolita? What it's your opinion?

I was thinking on facemasks, someone know a good design that can fit lolita?

Honestly I think to make it work you'd have to have some pretty nice coords - that would then at least make people think your face is 'unfortunate' which, if it's really as bad as you say, isn't bad at all.
That quote from the Roald Dahl book about being a nice person makes you look nice on the outside might be relevant to you too - as silly as it sounds. As in, if you have a personality to match your lovely coords, people might not even consider your face to be 'ruining' anything.

I'm not trying to be easy on you on purpose but I believe everyone can look their best if they do the proper things, like have a haircut that suit them.
If you find your perfect haircut, imo, that'll greatly improve your looks.

Then there are stuff you can't change but like other anon said, sometimes it's not really about how you look outside. I've met people who weren't even average, kinda ugly, but attracted people due to their charisma and personnality, sometimes due to their confidence.
I don't know how to convey this but sometimes you can look attractive without being pretty (though that work usually for guys).

Anyway I don't really get the idea about "X is fat/ugly so she should stay out of pretty fashions" uh on the contrary, I prefer seeing fat or ugly people dressed in lolita than in sweatpants and stuff

If you have really good skin and hair, it is hard to be ugly. Even strange or weird faces can look nice if you have really good skin. That said, I understand it is difficult for some people to have nice skin. (Amazing skin has a few factors but some are based on luck like, genetics, and nutrition that some people can't afford or don't have the time to learn about)

But think about it anon: These people are the EXTREME cases of ugly, hence why they're getting so much facial reconstruction. It wouldn't make sense for someone who's already highly attractive to take the risks of surgery to fix something very minor.
On a day to day basis you probably only see mildly unattractive people at that, and nowhere near as bad as those two women.

If your personality is good and you spend obvious effort on coord, makeup and hair then I wouldn't look at you any differently than any other Lolita.
I think you'd probably want to go a little above and beyond in these areas but just being 'face pretty', many people will judge you on your efforts rather than your natural looks. That said, extreme contouring, brow shaping and such can go a long way towards making more manly faces appear feminine. I'd study drag tutorials and adapt some of the tricks and tips for appearing more feminine.
