They cost money, use up your time, will put unnecessary strain on your relationship with your significant other, you have to get them clothes and food, if you want them not to have emotional issues you have to pay attention to them, and your kid will likely grow up to be a douchebag who doesn't appreciate all you've done for them and says "oh I hate my parents so much they're the worst" like most kids I see.
I don't want kids myself and I understand a lot of people want kids, but I never really understood why they wanted them.
Sure when I watch my anime in ones like Clannad it looks really sweet and like fun a time having and raising a kid but I know that it's not actually like that and it is a lot more strenuous and troubling than some people think it will be.

Adding to this, numerous studies have shown that having kids doesn't add any net happiness gain. It almost always makes you feel shittier or in some lucky cases has a net zero effect.

I'm nearly 30, I've been married for 5 years. My relationship is incredibly strong and my husband and I have both always wanted children, plus my internal clock is screaming at me. I do believe that for most people, it is biological hard wiring. Using myself as an example, I am not in a committed relationship, nor am I near my thirties or established financial independence. However, I have a huge need to have a kid. Like, my own kid. I want to get pregnant, have a kid, and raise it. And I can't tell anyone a solid reason other than that I need to. I can't picture myself without having kids. (Though to be fair, I love kids and babies almost unconditionally.) ... I do want to adopt as well! I grew up in a horrible home environment and I can see why a lot of people would never want to have children because it's tremendous strain on your body/mind/finances/s.o. and the world is already overpopulated.
That's why I want to adopt; there's a lot of children who were born without anyone willing or able to take care of them and I think it is better to adopt a child than to bring another one into the world.

None of this is really lolita. Some of it, like the blazer, could work with classic or toned down sweet but these items together aren't exactly ideal for a co'ord. Buy a floral skirt or dress thats like pic related and you can find a nice blouse from a thrift shop with either detailed lace collar or a ribbon that can tie into a bow at the neck. Wear the blazer with that then perhaps white stockings and a cute pair of brown half boots.
