Oh man, I remember being a frequent visitor/poster at the old myspace lolita fashion group, and a bunch of us would poke fun of ganguro, but find that in comparison to the scene look of the time, ganguro girls were cooler than scenesters. I still find that old-school look pretty endearing. I remember being pretty obsessed with watching para para dancing videos and practicing songs.

Christ that was some of the best drama.

I also remembered that vile english girl who used to parade around abandoned buildings in her underwear jumping all over a girl for posing around/on some train tracks that were no longer in use or something. She was one of my favorite "love to hate" comm members aside from carolinedesu who I had the pleasure of meeting in a myspace comm.

Wow, that's it! Thanks! I can't believe that I remembered it too.

I miss the days of Myspace when you could click through people's Top Friends and go through groups of well dressed lolitas. The girls from France back then dressed so well. I'm sad that I lost the coordinate pictures of this one French girl who wore lots of Moitie and took pictures of it on her balcony. She had dyed black hair and with a shorter fringe and a hime cut, and lots of Moitie. Moitie was so much more beautiful back in 2006 when I started.
