Yesterday, four weeks after Pruany marked my order as shipped, EMS finally got my items to my door. I know someone asked for a review of the MTP items, and since I have a fair bit to say about them, but no camera handy, I'll get to it in the next few days.

The dog coat is amazing. Not warm enough for long outings, but it blocks the wind and actually fits her. Thank you anon who recommended the shop many threads ago.

The fabric and construction are quite nice - it feels like the outside of a sweatshirt on both sides and all edges are finished. Two irritating features: no lining (the pockets and zipper facing are visible when worn) and the zipper is white (the fabric is cream, so it looks cheap). I'll probably put a pink zipper in, and I think a partial lining will also be in order. Size wise, I'm a 28D-26-36 and got a L. It's very boxy, but the sleeves are the perfect length for my arms and it'll be easy to take in.

Does anyone have links to some cute maid aprons that have the top part like the one pictured? (And are better than the pictured one? That one's 38 yuan.) I'm using them for a photoshoot, but would rather find one with a slightly gathered bottom part.
Or a good keyword for finding that kind of maid apron by itself would be extremely helpful, too.

Has anyone ordered from "Mucha" on taobao? They've a one crown rating and really cute clothing, but there are hardly any reviews in-site and none that I've been able to find via google.

Watch out with the blouse though. It has a button on the sleeve and it may only fit if you have stick thin arms. I don't have fat arms or something, but I have a lot of muscle. So I couldn't close it. Luckily I have a mom who is good at sewing, so she sewed ribbon in on one and the other a piece of elastic.

Argh, taobao seems to have changed something. When you put /search.htm behind the store's name in browser, it always used to show all products. Now it won't.. I hate going category by category, I prefer to see all products at once.

super late reply to this but I just saw it. The anon that told you EMS is faster is wrong (from my experience). DHL has always been twice as fast as EMS and comes in around 3-4 days. EMS for me usually comes around 7-10 days and I also live in the US. I always choose DHL if it's an option. Sometimes it's not because I order very large things so they charge me extra in the end since DHL is based off volume. The only reason I would avoid choosing it is if you have lots of replica items.

Not really, I've never had to deal with customs even with my $300 order. You'd be splitting the ss fee and saving on shipping.

My boyfriend worked in the shipping side of postal at one point and pretty much said Canada doesn't pay too much mind to it unless you're making a crazy expensive order, ordering to re-sell, or importing something like a car

Pulling numbers out of my ass but let's pretend the shipping was $50 total. Since my things are overall heaviertaking up most of the weight shipping cost so about $37 and the other person would pay $13

if it were more equal than you'd just split it 50/50

Honestly, I wouldn't start buying baby clothes yet. At least, try and find out what weight your man was when he was born and what weight you were. That could give you a potential range to aim for since most babies are clothed to weight instead of age. Or just wait for a few months instead of jumping the gun and potentially wasting money. Oh, I'm going to wait like 4 months before buying any clothes. I just want to look around and plan, the way I do tons of window shopping for myself.
My husband and I were pretty big babies, so I wouldn't get much tiny stuff. They grow so fast then, anyways, that it wouldn't really make sense to get much.

After looking at the spreadsheet for shopping services, I'm thinking of going with TaobaoRing, but I know there was issues with them a while ago about not responding to people and them not getting their orders.

If TaobaoRing still isn't a good idea, which SS should I use? I want to buy from a wide range of stores (12+) and I'd be shipping to the US probably using SAL and paying through Paypal. Ideally, I would like a web cart instead of a spreadsheet as this would be a good sized order and it would probably cut down on a lot of time. Should I go with Pruany?

I'd ask for a skirt without the rickrack and if it has to come with it I'd just take a seam ripper to it.
Maybe replace it with some suitable ribbon, maybe not.

Then I would measure my waist and cut a new waist band out of matching fabric and sew it to to the dress.

If you can't manage that then take it to your local cleaners, they do alterations for cheap. Like $10 and $20 cheap.

She is, hence why I said to get in touch with her first. I would hope Susan would sort it out, being the boss and all. I mentioned Meko as she's kind of a 2nd in command (should have made that clear originally). If Susan won't help, Meko is there as a last ditch resort. As I also said, Meko's never tried to fuck me over when it came to surplus money, so she might be willing to step in.

There's a "Shop VIP" message there. Does that mean that there may be a further discount if the service is counted as a VIP with Alpaca? Is there a possibility that Alpaca will refuse to sell to a shopping service?

All my other items have been sent to TBN's office already (I only ordered yesterday) so I am a little worried that this is still in the discussion stage.
