I too think it's a bit much, but I really do think the over the top cupcake sweet shape and styling is what attracts most people first. Its like the gateway lolita look and then people grow into more mature styles (even more mature sweet). It's why bodyline is overwhelmingly sweet, and why beginners have hundreds of AP items in their wishlists. I also think that's why Sugary Carnival is always on sale in the comm haha.

Not to say this is an oot sweet coord by any means, but its bare-bones basic enough that novices can identify all of the most 'important' parts of the style (the headbow, the super petti, the tea parties). Just my opinion.

Oh, god. I have the same bust and waist measurements as you, I'm 5'6" and my hips are 103cm. I used to do the same thing as those plus sized girls you mentioned. I used to take my measurements and make the measuring tape go so tight, just so I could say that I had a 66cm. waist. From one fat girl to another, just because it fits doesn't mean you should wear it. You will look 5000x better in something that is custom sized or isn't maxed out. Also white tights will make your legs look bigger so try and stick to darker colours!
It's also worth mentioning that JSK's/skirts will be much more flattering that OP's. Blouses are more slimming than bare arms by far, I find that chiffon blouses with long bishops sleeves look the best as they disguise large top arms
