okay so i dont know how much this will help you but here follow the really badly drawn image;

(2) contact lenses! honeycolor / pinkyparadise (be sure to get your eyes checked if you've never worn them before)

(3) self explanatory

(4) find a regular apron and dye it ( make sure you match it to the other red/oranges)

(5) wig!

yeah bodyline shoes will work, or just any type of shoe that has that general shape (lolita shoes were the first thing that came to mind when i saw the chunky shape of the shoe in the OP picture)
