That skirt has sold for 3,000 yen multiple times in multiple colorways on mbok in the past year. You might be able to find someone on the sales comm who doesn't check secondhand auctions and doesn't know this to give you $90, but I don't honk you could get more for it than that.

The price on it will vary by seller. There were very few made (it was not an open made to order like many from JetJ.) and it sold out immediately. Very few exist. Even fewer are getting resold so you are pretty much at the whim of whoever is selling.
