CGL I have a serious question because I'm hoping that it alleviates some of my mind/body issues.

What do you consider fat legs (ie, the circumference of them)?

I'm asking you because you guys are hard with the truth and that's what I need.

If you're asking this question, chances are you have fat legs.

Probably too big to fit into brand OTKs. I mean it honestly depends on the height and frame size of the person (as well as fitness level). A taller person with a larger frame is going to have a bigger leg circumference than a tiny petite girl. Someone could have big legs but they're very muscular, and someone could have the same size but they're all flab.
